Cancellation/Payment Policy

Each booking platform handles cancellation policies a little differently. We’ll honor the policy from which ever source you book from. Expedia tends to have the most favorable for guests, but also tends to be the most difficult platform to get a refund from and is the most expensive way to book as they have the highest fees. Booking direct through our website is the least expensive and typically the easiest to make changes although the cancellation policy isn’t as favorable as Expedia

  • You’ll pay 25% of the total booking amount when you book.
  • If you cancel 14 days before arrival or more, you’ll get half of what you paid back. 
  • If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, any payments made are non-refundable.
  • 7 Days before you arrive, you’ll automatically be charged the remaining 75% of your stay.
  • Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in.
  • Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
  • After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
  • Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid.
  • If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
  • Travelers who cancel 72 hours or more before 6:00 PM MST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
  • Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM MST on the day of check-in won’t get a refund. (including no-shows)
