Welcome Guide, Rules, and Tent Appliances
Check in
Check in is from 4pm to 10pm.
1. If you arrive before, we can hold your luggage at the welcome center free of charge.
2. If you arrive after, your check in details will be in an envelope at the welcome center.
3. 2 Hour early check in is a $20 upgrade and allows guests to check in as early as 2pm.
Check Out
Check out is at 11am.
When you leave, please:
1. Zip or tie any tent doors and windows closed.
2. Leave all items in the tent that were there upon check in (you will be charged for any items taken from the tents).
Campsite Rules
Check In/Out
Check in: After 4:00 pm (16:00)
Check Out: Before 11:00 am (11:00)
A 2 hour early check in can be purchased for an additional $20 during checkout.
At checkout, please leave any used linens in a pile on the beds and leave the tent doors and windows closed.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm (22:00) and run till 7:00 am (7:00)
We ask that all guests be respectful of each other.
Pets
Food
Picnic tables are available in our community area for preparing and enjoying meals.
Please leave food, deodorant, toothpaste or fragrant products in your vehicle. We ask that these are not brought into any tent for wildlife safety and cleanliness.
Our BBQ grill & Camp Chef are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask you to please clean after each use.
Shoes/Mud
Please remove shoes and place mats inside the tent, especially during muddy conditions, to help avoid any unnecessary additional cleaning charges.
No Smoking/ Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the property, including for medicinal use. Guests who smoke inside tents will be charged a $10,000 replacement fee due to smoke damage, but are welcome to smoke off the property.
Bear Spray
For extra peace of mind, we offer bear spray to borrow at our Welcome Center – just stop by if you’d like to borrow a canister. We ask that you please read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for proper use. If you’d like to keep your bear spray for future adventures, you’re welcome to purchase a canister. Otherwise, please return any borrowed bear spray at checkout so it’s available for the next guests. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!
Electrical
For AC powered devices, press the oval shaped button below the AC ports and you’ll have power. This must be on to turn on your tent lights.
Remember, we are off grid and your tent is powered 100% by solar energy. So leaving devices plugged in all day may result in an empty tent battery at night. Especially on cloudy days.
